euroCOMMUNICATOR is the central data hub for head office and back office systems as well as the POS systems and consolidates the business processes of the systems and platforms. All data is integrated, and the processes are merged in a Collaborative Retail System.
euroCOMMUNICATOR actively and reliably transmits and converts all data of the different systems. It is the middleware for intermedia business process management with external systems ensuring smooth communication and file transfer via FTP or sFTP.
Web services are used by euroCOMMUNICATOR to provide information and communicate with other systems.
At POS level euroCOMMUNICATOR coordinates the communication with the back office or the central system euroCONTROL.
